Monday Night Meals
16 oz mostaciolli noodles
12 oz tomato sauce
½ lb ground turkey
¼ c onion
5 fresh basil leaves
2 T garlic
8 oz Parmesan
8 oz mozzarella
salt and pepper
Slice up the mushrooms, onions, garlic and basil. Heat a saucepan with olive oil, and add the mushrooms, onions, and basil. Meanwhile, bring a large pot of water to boil. Add salt and mostaciolli noodles.
When the onions became translucent, add the ground turkey, salt and pepper. When noodles are cooked, set drain and set aside. When the ground turkey is cooked, add the tomato sauce and allow to heat up. Shred the cheeses.
Preheat the oven to 350. Take the large pot the noodles were cooked in, and add the meat and sauce mixture to it. Add the noodles to the pot, and mix well. In a large baking dish, place half the noodles. Add the mozzarella across the noodles, and add the remaining noodles. Add the Parmesan on top, and add to the oven. Allow to bake 15 minutes, or until it is melted and brown on top. Enjoy. Go Rams!
