Chicken Wings with Mumbo Sauce

Chicken Wings

Ingredients:

6-8 Chicken Wings
Salt and Pepper

Directions:

Place chicken wings in a pot with water, and allow to boil. Allow to boil for five minutes (this will help with keeping the wings moist). Place wings into a bowl, and sprinkle with salt. Prepare for the BBQ by sprinkling with salt and pepper and heating up the grill.

Place chicken wings in a bowl, and cover with Mumbo Sauce, make sure to cover evenly. Cook on the BBQ for about ten minutes, flip half way through. To finish the wings, place into the oven at 375 for ad addition 5 minutes,  adding any remaining sauce. Allow the sauce to bake on, and enjoy.

Ingredients

1 c ketchup
1 c sugar
1 T paprika
3 T hot sauce
3 T water
4 T white vinegar

Directions:

In a sauce pan on medium-low heat, add all of the ingredients. Mix well, making sure sugar is well incorporated. Allow to slowly boil and thicken, about ten minutes. Add to chicken (or whatever you are having) and enjoy. Go Redskins!

Chili

Ingredients:

½ pound ground turkey
1 large carrot
½ broccoli
2 tomatoes
½ onion (red & white)
4 cloves garlic
2 c tomato sauce
2 c pinto beans (dry)
2 T chili powder
2 T cocoa
2 t hot sauce
2 t olive oil
salt and pepper
cheese (option, for top)

Directions:

In the morning, add the beans in a crock pot and cover with water. Place on low heat, and let cook during the work day.

Stir well. Allow the tomatoes to become juicy and turkey cooked. Add the carrots and broccoli, and stir well. Add the cocoa, chili powder, beans with liquid, hot sauce and tomato sauce. Stir all together, and place a lid on it. Allow to cook on low heat for about an hour, or until it reached desired thickness.
